  1. Just applied for an archivist position at the University of Kentucky. That’s pretty much what I’ve done today.

Thought about seeing them while they were in Tallahassee but I had too much work to do and someone bailed on me. Hmph.

  19. Got my 25 page draft back this afternoon. Grade: 90. Which is a fairly good grade I think considering it didn’t have all of my primary research and consisted mostly of background information. And considering it’ll eventually be part of my thesis, that’s essentially 25 pages of it written that I don’t have to write again (Edit endlessly until I don’t want to see the word Guatemala ever again, yes. Write from scratch, NO). After Wednesday, I’ll only have a final for my online Library Science class and this paper left to work on. One thing about being a graduate student, by the time finals roll around, you’re already pretty much done. Just tying up loose ends before the professors stop showing up in their offices. And next semester, I’m only taking one class for which I don’t have to actually show up for, just e-mail my work in whenever I get it done. SWEET.
